Di one-count charge talk say: “You, FASUBA VICTOR OLUWATOSIN, sometime for November 2023, for Lagos, inside di jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, pretend say you be one ‘Arrow Grant’ as you use him identity for Facebook page, with plan to benefit yourself and thereby commit offence wey dey contrary to and punishable under Section 22(2)(b) of di Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention etc) Act, 2015.”
