Dr. Bobboyi talk say 40 percent of di classrooms wey dey already, dey in bad shape, and dis one dey make learning difficult for Naija children.

Him say di reason why Naija children no dey learn well na because dem no get enough qualified teachers, especially for Primary Schools.
Di UBEC boss call on state governments to make teachers training and development a priority, and to invest more money in basic education.
