Di Magistrate go ahead to clear other names involved like show promoter, Samson Balogun alias Sam Larry; Owodunni Ibrahim alias Primeboy; and Mohbad’s former manager, Opere Babtunde.

After clearing some of di names linked to di death of Mohbad, di DPP don talk sey them go continue to prosecute di auxiliary nurse wey been trrat Mohbad, Feyisayo Ogedengbe alongside one of Mohbad’s friends, Ayobami Sadiq.
Di reason for di prosecution na reckless and negligent acts wey dey contrary to Section 251 (e) of di Criminal Law, Ch C. 17, Vol. 3, Laws of Lagos State, 2015.
