On Thursday October 24, Delta State High Court for Warri bin issue order to Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB sey make them no implement di policy wey talk sey unless student reach 16 years before them go fit enter university.

JAMB New Policy 

JAMB bin release one statement for October 16 sey na only students wey don reach 16 by August 2025 go get admission enter university.

This statement na follow up for the new policy wey ministry of education bin introduce. Do policy talk sey di minimum age requirement for university admission na 18 years.

Later on JAMB come talk sey, small exception dey for students wey de find admission for 2024/2025 session.

JAMB Lawsuit 

This policy wey JAMB wan implement no sir well with some people like John Aikpokpo-Martins, na so him carry them go court.

John Aikpokpo-Martins na former chairman of Nigerian Barr Association (NBA) and him talk sey him de stand on behalf of all do candidates wey them born for 1st September 2009 to 31st December 2009, who been pass 2024 JAMB.

John no only carry JAMB go court, him follow drag Edwin Clark University as 2nd respondent to do lawsuit.

As di matter be nou, na until wen e settle naim she fit enter di school wey don give her admission.
